A world where everyone has adequate safe water, sanitation and hygiene on a sustained basis, and where no one dies from preventable diseases.
To contribute in transforming the lives of the poor and marginalized. We do this by collaborating with other organizations to provide essential services and build capacities for poverty reduction initiatives.
Our Core Values
The organisation's core values are:
We treat everyone with dignity, respect and champion the rights and contribution of all to achieve a fairer world.
As a charity, we ensure that our operations are visible and verifiable. In our dealings with staff, partners, and the users of our services, we are clear and ensure that nothing is hidden from them.
We are accountable to those whose lives we hope to see transformed, to those we work with and to those who support us.
We act with honesty and conviction and our actions are consistent with openness, equality and human rights.
Who We are
Established in 2002, GrowthAid is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization which exists to provide safe water, improved sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services and contribute to the prevention and elimination of Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) in poor and marginalized communities.
Our programmes focus on WASH and Health, modelling sustainable WASH systems, strengthening local-level response for NTDs, community integration of recovered persons, policy advocacy, and knowledge management.
GrowthAid is a member of the Global Network of NGOs in Neglected Tropical Diseases (NNN), the National Association of NGOs in Health, the End Water Poverty Network (EWP) and many other networks in the WASH and NTDs space. GrowthAid is a registered charity with licence No: DSW/9198

How you can be part of the impact we create
Our work would not be possible without the work of our dedicated volunteers. They help in great ways;
Because of this invaluable contribution, we're eager to say a big ``Thank you & We salute you!``
Farmer, Anomako Community
“The rehabilitation of three boreholes has returned normalcy to our lives, especially for women. May God bless GrowthAid and Latter-Day Saints Charities as they continue to support communities.”
Trader & farmer, Ayermasu
“The new borehole that GrowthAid provided is close to the community school, and the children can have easy access to clean drinking water and maintain hygiene. We are delighted and so grateful for this support.”
Community Member, Tsledom
“The number of people affected by yaws in the community has significantly reduced after the provision of two boreholes. I chose to become a hygiene volunteer to help maintain clean water and educate the community on the need to drink clean water from the boreholes.” We are very grateful to GrowthAid and the Latter- Day Saints Charities for coming to our aid.”
Without our generous sponsors, GrowthAid wouldn't afford to attend and support the vast community.
By donating to GrowthAid you further the project’s mission.
