BECOME A VOLUNTEER

GrowthAid is committed to providing training opportunities to young people around the world. One way we do this is by recruiting volunteers for defined periods, usually not more than one year. Volunteers are placed under experienced trainers for mentoring but also benefit from the collective experience of other. If you are interested in making a change in the lives of poor people and vulnerable communities, please complete the form below. We would like to emphasize that volunteering with us does not automatically qualify one for permanent employment.

Instruction & Process

1. Submit Application

Please enter your details in the form as required and click “submit” once finished.

2. Interview Session

Please note that the space is limited at any given time. You will be contacted by someone in our human resources department if you are shortlisted. The interview could be virtual or face to face. Shortlisted applicants will be duly notified.

3. Briefing/Induction

We spend time to induct successful volunteers before they begin their job. This usually takes between two to four weeks.

4. Training & Posting

GrowthAid operates from both field offices and the headquarters. Successful volunteers will be placed according to where their services will be most needed. These are usually discussed during the induction period. Once the induction is completed, the volunteer is posted to his/her duty post. Formal training starts from that time.
