Our Board of Directors provide strategic direction to the organization. The members are individuals who have excelled in their professional lives.

Mr. Deladem Loglo

Mr. Deladem Loglo is a visible leader in the Banking sector with over 13 years of experience as a senior Manager. His competencies include selling, sales management, leadership, coaching, and knowledge management. Mr. Loglo holds a Master of Arts (Ministry), an MBA (Marketing), and a BSc (Development Planning). 

He has had the opportunity to work with three blue-chip companies such as Unilever Ghana Limited, Barclays Bank Ghana Limited, and currently Société Générale Ghana, besides the opportunity to work with GrowthAid while he was at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. 

He began his career with Unilever Ghana Limited, moved on to Barclays Bank, and occupied several roles within a span of five years and six months.

Mr. John Tanko Bawa

Mr. John Tanko Bawa has over 20 years of progressive professional experience working with international NGOs, research institutions, healthcare organizations, national development authorities/organizations and private sector institutions. He has over 13 years’ senior management experience with various organizations including PATH where he currently works as the African Lead for Vaccine Implementation.

Mr. Bawa has also served as the Deputy Chief of Party on a CIFF-UK funded newborn care intervention that built capacity in the management of the three main causes of neonatal mortality in Ghana. He was also the Deputy Chief of Party on the USAID funded multi-country Malaria care project in Ghana. His strong operational, people management, policy advocacy and stakeholder engagement skills have been leveraged in the setting up and operations of various PATH projects/awards in Ghana, Burkina Faso, and Liberia. His business development and donor relations expertise have led to the inclusion of PATH as a Gavi-TA partner in Ghana and thus attracting significant TA funds from Gavi to support various initiatives in Ghana, Burkina, and Kenya.

Mr. Bawa is also the key liaison between the National Malaria Elimination program in Ghana, USAID-PMI and the 

parliamentary select committee on health, a parliamentary caucus on malaria, and other stakeholders in the malaria space in Ghana. Mr. Bawa is a member of key technical working groups in Ghana and the subregion, and currently represents PATH on the Malaria Vaccine Coordination Team (MVCT).

Mr. Budali Issahaku

Mr. Budali Issahaku is a social development specialist with over 25 years of social development advisory and programme management experience in 12 African countries including Ghana, Sierra Leone, Cote d´Ivoire, Tunisia, Egypt, Kenya, Uganda, Somalia, South Sudan, Tanzania, Ethiopia, and Malawi. Mr. Issahaku has previously held various full-time technical and managerial positions in diverse international development agencies including the International Finance Corporation the African Development Bank Group (AfDB), UK Department for International Development (DFID), CARE international UK and ActionAid International.

Currently, He works as a social development consultant and has recently provided consultancy services to Social Development Direct (UK), ICON Institute GmbH (Germany), Palladium Global Pty Ltd (UK) and NIRAS AS International (Denmark) on projects funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, GIZ, USAID and the European Union. Mr. Issahaku brings on board fundraising, project cycle management experience as well as technical expertise in Gender and Social Inclusion, social accountability and technical, vocational and entrepreneurship skills development, especially for women and youth.

He holds a Master of Science degree in Urban Development Planning from UCL, University of London, UK.

Mr. Solomon Dabuak Laar

Mr. Solomon Dabuak Laar is a certified accountant with over 22 years of progressive professional experience working with NGOs and state agencies. Mr. Laar serves in an advisory role as Financial Controller for GrowthAid. He has over twenty years of experience in financial planning and administration. He has worked with several organizations and in several capacities including donor contracts/grants management, procurement management, administration, human resources management, and financial management.

Dr. Joe Lambongang

Dr. Lambongang has over 27 years of work experience in development planning and management, strategic leadership, change management, and systems strengthening. Dr. Lambongang is a versatile leader with a passion for the delivery of sustainable WASH services and the prevention of deaths due to poverty and preventable diseases. He has worked in fifteen African countries with several organizations including WaterAid, SNV Netherlands Organization, USAID, DAI, AED, AMCOW, and AfDB among others. He is a missionary committed to saving lives through supporting initiatives that contribute to poverty reduction, the prevention, and elimination of diseases, systems strengthening, growing young professionals, and in providing other services which benefit the vulnerable in society. He is the Founder and CEO of GrowthAid.
